Lamar County Certificates Of Obligation

By a 3-2 vote, Lamar County Commissioners approved issuing a $6.6 million certificate of obligation. Voting for the proposal were Commissioners Ronnie Bass, Kevin Anderson, and Alsn Skidmore. Dissenting on the motion were Commissioner Lonny Layton and Judge Brandon Bell.
