Lamar County Commissioners OK Incentives, Abatement

The Lamar County Commissioners Court has approved an economic incentive package for a business prospect interested in coming to the community. The option is code-named “Star Port.” Commissioners also approved tax abatements for four new houses built by Habitat for Humanity in Paris through the city’s Five-in-Five Housing Infill Development Program.
