Lamar County Deputies arrested Quinton Heath Shugart, of Powderly, for Assault of a Family or Household member with previous convictions. They also charged him with Bond Surrender on a misdemeanor, and because they charged him with his Violation of the Parole, he was ineligible to be released on bond.
