Lamar County Deputies Arrest Two On Multiple Charges

Lamar County Deputies arrested two people on multiple charges. Reportedly, 44-year-old Carey Lean Mays, Sr., and 31-year-old Shere Autumn Hawthorn were each charged with Manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance between four and 200 grams, Abandoning or Endangering Child Criminal Negligence, Possession of Marijuana, and  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hawthorn was also charged on several misdemeanors.
