Lamar County Deputies Investigating Gun and Ammo Theft

Lamar County deputies are investigating a weekend burglary at a hunting cabin in the northeast part of the county where thousands of dollars in weapons and ammunition and other equipment was taken. The stolen items included rifles, shotguns, scopes, 500 rounds of ammo, tools, an air compressor and other items.
