Lamar County Grand Jury Hands Down Felony Indictments

Numerous significant felony indictments have been handed down by the Lamar County Grand Jury. 42-year-old Gene Fogleman of Bonham and 33 year-old Jammie Yeley of Paris allegedly stole a trailer and a John Deere Zero Turn lawnmower, from a residence in the Petty community. 25-year-old Brian Shores was indicted for breaking into a residence in Powderly and stealing a gun safe full of weapons and $5,000 worth of jewelry. 28-year-old Fernando Gomez and 18-year-old Aurelio Espinoza were indicted for allegedly stealing four vans from separate locations in Paris and $10,000 in shingles from a building supply company.
