Lamar County Grass Fire Claims 100 Acres

Firefighters from  every departments in Lamar County battled a more than 100 acre grass fire just off of county road 43200 south of FM 2648 Thursday afternoon. The Texas Forest Service assisted the local firefighters.  The cause of the fire has not been determined.
