Lamar County Historical Society Meeting Thursday

The Lamar County Historical Society will meet Thursday night at 6:00 in the Society Museum at 1015 North Kaufman Street. The featured speaker will be historian and storyteller Patsy Williams Davis. She’s a descendant of the Andrew Jackson Biard family from Alabama who arrived in Lamar County in 1846. You are welcome to attend the meeting and browse the museum.
