Bond has been set at $10,000 for a man wanted on a Lamar County warrant for cruelty to a non-livestock animal and torture. 25 year old Ricky Shawn Songer was arrested by Chickasaw Lighthorse Police and transported back to Paris on the charges. Songer is accused of killing a small dog by throwing it at the ground.
