Lamar County Man Found Guilty Of Murdering Daughter

A Lamar County man has pleaded guilty in Sixth District Court to murdering his daughter last June. Judge Wes Tidwell sentenced Claude Edward Siddle to 40 years in prison. The investigation by Lamar County Deputies and Texas Rangers showed that Siddle fatally shot his daughter Penny with a shotgun because she wanted to use the car to drive to Dallas.
