Lamar County Non-Profits Do Well On East Texas Giving Day

Lamar County non-profit organizations raised nearly $18,000 on Tuesday’s “East Texas Day of Giving.” Those organizations included PJC Memorial Foundation, CitySquare Paris, the Downtown Food Pantry, New Hope Center of Paris, Northeast Texas Trail Coalition, Paris Pregnancy Center, Paris/Lamar County Habitat for Humanity, The Children’s Advocacy Center of Paris, The Salvation Army of Paris and United Way of Lamar County. The PJC Organization raised the most, more than $10,000.
