Lamar County Power Outages

Lamar Electric Co-op worked numerous outages Thursday, particularly in the western part of the county. Crews worked on challenging areas, including a North line just past Sumner Post office. Creeks and many trees bent over holding the power line down were common problems. Icy conditions continue, and we expect trees to fall across Lamar, Delta, and Red River counties. Lamar Electric crews are continuing to work around the clock.
