Lamar County Precinct 4 Constable, Rick Easterwood Retiring

Lamar County Precinct 4 constable, Rick Easterwood, says he is ending his 45 years in law enforcement. His term ends at the end of 2020. Besides DPS and other duties, Easterwood became a constable in 2007.
