Lamar County deputies arrested 46 year old William Chad Barber on a motion to revoke his probation on a burglary charge He was also charged with several misdemeanors.
28 year old Fernando Reyes Gomez was arrested on a motion to adjudicate guilt. He had been charged with theft of property worth more than $30,000 but less than $150,000.
47 year old Toby Jack Tidwell was jailed in Lamar County for failure to appear/assault causing bodily injury/family violence. HE was also charged on 2 counts of criminal non-support.
Paris police made only one arrest during the last reporting period. That was for a woman on a motion to revoke probation on a DWI, second offense. That’s not to say the police were not working. Officers responded to 92 calls for service during the period.
