Large Marijuana Grow Found In Upshur County

Upshur County authorities are continuing their investigation after 30 marijuana plants were found off Saunders Road by a road maintenance crew. The plants were two to three feet tall and were growing in plain view. Investigators say there is no evidence that the landowner was aware of the plants and he is cooperating with authorities. No charges are expected.
