Law Enforcement Can Ticket Violators Of Sheltering Orders

Police are allowed to issue tickets and make arrests for areas under ‘Shelter-in-Place’ directives. Some police departments are already stopping people to see if they are essential workers who can leave their home for work. Police said criminal charges committed during this period will be enhanced.
