Lawsuit Against DPS

A federal lawsuit has been filed against the Department of Public Safety on behalf of a former DPS Investigator stationed in Mt Pleasant. KLTV in Tyler reports that the suit alleges corruption and policy violations that led to crime cover-ups and corruption. The lawsuit, filed by attorney Ty Clevenger on behalf of former trooper Darren Lubbe seeks a jury trial and damages.
