Lawsuit Filed By Family Of Detective Killed By Drunk Driver

The family of Euless Detective Alejandro “Alex” Cervantes, a drunk driver killed in late November 2021, is suing the driver, Fuzzy’s Tacos, and General Motors. Dylan Molina, 27, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and three counts of intoxication assault. The lawsuit alleges that Fuzzy’s Taco Shop allowed the supervision of an unlicensed bartender by an unlicensed manager to serve eight double vodka and red bulls to an intoxicated Molina.
