Lawsuit Filed In Athens School Bus Crash

A Dallas law firm has filed a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit on behalf of the family of a 13-year-old boy who was killed and a nine-year-old girl who was seriously injured in a Henderson County crash between a freight train and an Athens ISD school bus. The suit names as defendants the Union Pacific Railroad and its operators, Athens ISD, and the school bus driver.
