Lengthy Sentence For DWI

A 52-year-old Sulphur Springs man has received a lengthy prison for felony DWI. James Arthur Baxley had previous convictions for DWI in Delta and Hunt counties and was sentenced to 12 years behind bars. His latest arrest in 2016 came within 24 hours of his release from prison on another charge.
