“Liberty Circle” To Be Dedicated In Sulphur Springs

All scouts, former scouts, and the general public are invited to attend the dedication of “Liberty Circle” on Saturday at 10:00 am in Heritage Park in Sulphur Springs. The dedication of the Circle is honors all the Eagle Scouts, Vigil Honor members of the Order of the Arrow, and the Silver Beaver recipients from the NeTseO Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
