A 47-year-old Linden man has been arrested for the fatal shooting of his cousin in Marion County in 2017. Sandy Ray Duncan and his cousin, 44-year-old Danny Duncan, also of Cass County, were frog gigging last May in Marion County when Danny was killed by a single gunshot wound. The incident was first ruled accidental but it was determined that further investigation was warranted. Sandy was arrested Thursday for murder. He was released after posting $100,000 bond.
