Live Grenade Found In Honey Grove

Honey Grove Police was called to an apartment Monday night after a woman called saying she had found something suspicious. Officers discovered that “something” was a live hand grenade and residents of the apartments were evacuated. The Plano bomb squad removed the grenade and will detonate it at a later time. Residents were allowed back into their apartments about midnight.
