Local Nursing Home to Change Ownership
Mount Pleasant, Texas, December 20, 2018- Greenhill Villas of Mount Pleasant in Mount Pleasant, TX was purchased by Creative Solutions in Healthcare, the change in ownership will become effective January 1, 2019, and will be followed by many exciting improvements.
“We are excited to become a part of the Mount Pleasant community,” said Gary Blake, CEO & Owner of Creative Solutions in Healthcare.
The first improvements have already begun. A van for the facility has been ordered and will arrive the week following Christmas.
Expected improvements include; updates to the grounds, enhancements to the interior of the building, and operational changes.
An update to Greenhill’s current menu will be one significant operational change. Creative Solutions places a heavy emphasis on the dietary department at all of their facilities. Greenhill will cater to the individual nutritional needs of each resident. It is Creative Solutions’ policy to only use the freshest and highest quality ingredients, including Certified Angus Beef.
Along with the updated menu, residents can expect to notice a change in activities. Greenhill Villas will now be supported by Creative Solutions’ activities program. The program focuses on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health of all residents.
Creative Solutions in Healthcare was founded by Gary Blake and Malisa Blake-Deane in the year 2000. Together, they have 40+ years of experience in the senior care industry. With the addition of Greenhill, Creative Solutions operates 74 care options, all within the state of Texas.
