One of the world’s largest defense contractors is expanding operations in the Northeast Texas region. Lockheed Martin is partnering with Red River Army Depot in Hooks and the TexAmericas Center in Texarkana. Lockheed Martin has confirmed that the company will create new full-time positions with the expansion, but just how many have not been finalized. A spokesperson says the latest posts with Lockheed Martin will be high tech jobs.
