Lone Oak Woman Jailed In Gregg County

An East Texas woman is being held in the Gregg County Jail on $200,000 bond on charges related to a child exploitation. Officials arrested 44-year-old Carrie Songer Kelly, of Lone Oak, on a warrant for sexual performance by a child younger than 14 with the intention to employ, direct or promote. The Longview News-Journal reports a victim was Kelly’s eight-year-old daughter.
