Longview ISD Employee Jailed

Bond has been set at $100,000 for a Longview ISD employee accused of improper relationship between an educator and a student and sexual assault of a child. Richard Leland Williams, 25, was the textbook clerk at the High School.  School officials did not specify if the alleged victim was a male or female.
