A fugitive from Bossier Parish, Louisiana, is in custody after leading law enforcement on a pursuit that ended in a crash on Hwy 80 in Harrison County. It began about 5:30 Tuesday morning when a Hallsville officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation. Still, the driver, identified as George Reed, sped away toward Marshall at speeds exceeding 110 mph. The chase ended when Reed hit an 18-wheeler but was not seriously injured. Then, officers learned they wanted him on an armed robbery warrant.
