Louisiana authorities are searching for a man wanted for felony theft of oil and gas equipment and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Webster Parish. The suspect has been identified as 45-year-old Kirk Benard Simon and investigators believe he may be in Northeast Texas working in the logging industry. Some of the stolen items have been recovered in Rusk County. Anyone with information should contact any law enforcement agency.
