Loving County Judge Arrested For Cattle Theft

The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association confirmed that Loving County Judge Skeet Jones and three others, including a county employee, are accused of picking up loose cattle and selling them. All were booked into the Winkler County Jail Friday and later released on bond. Special Rangers have been investigating for more than a year and charged all with Engaging in Organized Crime and other offenses.
