Lowering Stress Is Message For North Lamar Students

Paris Junior College nursing students, Andrew Montague, left, and Amber Sewell, right, talked to North Lamar High School’s Health Science classes about stress. Montague talked about the effects stress can have on people and ways to relieve it. Sewell showed NL senior Korbin Hamner how to make a stress relief ball. Both PJC students are LVNs working on their RN degree.
