Lt. Raymond Moss Retires From Paris PD After 17 Years of Service

Lt. Raymond Moss has retired from the Paris Police Department after 17 years of service. Lt. Moss was also retired from the United States Army. He also served with both the Mt Pleasant Police Department and Titus County Sheriff’s Office.
