Lufkin’s Southwest Team Wins Again

Lufkin’s Southwest team advances to the United States Championship Game by grabbing an early lead Thursday. They did in the New England team 14-4. They secured the victory thanks to eight runs in the first inning. Collin Ross drove in the big inning with a home run, a stolen base, an error, and a single by Malcolm Deason. Collin drove in three runs when he homered. They again face the only team that has given them a loss, Southeast from North Carolina. Next game is Saturday at 2:30 pm Texas time on ESPN.
