Luke Combs Loves Christmas In Today’s Nashville Roundup

Kane Brown tells The Chicago Tribune that country artist shouldn’t be ashamed to admit that they like hip-hop. “That’s the one thing I think is so dumb in country music. I love country music to death, I love the family that everybody is, but I didn’t feel like you should be ashamed of listening to music. If you [can’t admit you] like a song, it’s like being ashamed of being yourself. That really irritates me. I honestly don’t care; I just write what I know.”

Luke Combs tells Billboard magazine that he loves shopping for Christmas presents. “I really enjoy the shopping and going out and getting stuff for other people. I could really [care less] about getting gifts for myself, but I really enjoy giving gifts.”

Kip Moore tells People magazine that he is NOT materialistic. ” I have no care for material things. I’m not going to post a picture of being inside a fancy jet. It doesn’t mean anything to me. But I find it funny that – in an organic way – sometimes I find myself in this room with these wealthy businessmen drinking thousand dollar bottles of wine because of where I’ve gotten in my career … you can give me a $10 bottle of wine and I’d be just fine.”

Dustin Lynch tells Glamour magazine that he rotates his signature cowboy hats.“[I have] maybe 10 or 12 of these floating around. There’s only so much room in the closet. I have one for stage shows and live shows, so each one has its place. Once summer rolls around, one will start smelling like hockey pads, so we’ll have to get rid of it and get a new one out there.”
