A coalition of Latino rights groups is suing Texas in federal court over the latest voting maps passed by the state legislature on Monday. Domingo Garcia, the National President of the League of United Latin American Citizens, calls the maps discriminatory and unconstitutional. Republican lawmakers in Texas claim the maps were drawn race-blind and are legally compliant.
