Man Accused of Sexual Assault of Children Trial Date Set

A former Texas 10 most wanted fugitive will go on trial August 1st in Lamar County District Court for allegedly sexually assaulting two children. Donald Jack Robertson the third faces 9 counts on various child sex crimes. He had been a fugitive since 2011 when he was captured in Oregon last November.
