Man Arrested After Pursuit in Delta County Apologizes

A man who led multiple law enforcement agencies on a foot chase in Delta County on June 16th has written a letter of apology to the agencies that captured him. Gregory Wylie admitted in his hand written letter that he fled because he was not ready to face the consequences of his actions. He praised the teams that took him into custody for their professionalism.
