Man Arrested At Sulphur Springs Truck Stop

A 23-year-old man whose car had reportedly broken down was observed by Hopkins County Deputies walking in the parking lot of a truck stop. Kyle Dayne Belz was questioned by deputies and they found him in possession of a small amount of suspected methamphetamine. He was also wanted on a Sulphur Springs warrant for not paying a fine on a traffic offense. Bond was set at $5,000.
