Man Arrested, Charged With Felony First Degree Murder In Slaying Of Elderly Woman In Wheelchair

Officials arrested a North Texas man for the murder of an 82-year-old wheel-chair bound Addison woman. Detectives working the case gathered evidence that led to 30-year-old Walter Portillo, who was already in the Dallas County jail, for allegedly assaulting another elderly woman several days after the murder. His bond was set at $700,000.
