Man Arrested In Hugo After Complaint By 17-Year-Old

Choctaw County Deputies responded to a Hugo Nail Salon. They arrested a man that a 17–year-old girl said had sexually assaulted and threatened to kill her. Deputies booked Khoa Tran, 37,  into the Choctaw County Jail. They charged him with assault with intent to commit a felony and three misdemeanor charges, including assault and battery of a minor, inducing a child under 18 with intent to distribute pornography, and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
