Man Arrested In Reno For Riding Bike Naked

A man was arrested by Reno Police after was observed riding a bicycle naked at the Reno Rail Trail. Michael Eugene Brown was arrested for indecent exposure, possession of marijuana under two ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited on a local ordinance that prohibits sex offenders from being in Child Safety Zones.
