Man Attempts to Steal Car And Allegedly Crashes It in Paris

Paris police went to the 100 block of SE 25th after receiving a report of attempted car theft. Officers were told that a man dressed in all black clothing had gotten into the complainant’s car and caused it to roll and crash into the  house. The unknown suspect fled the scene on foot.
