Kansas City Man Caught Asleep At The Wheel Arrested In Hopkins County

A Texas Parks and Wildlife officer stopped to check on a vehicle on the side of the road and found that the driver was asleep at the wheel. In addition, the officer noticed a baggie containing a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine and called Hopkins and Delta County Deputies to assist. The man from Kansas City resisted being handcuffed but was subdued and taken to the Hopkins County Jail.
