Man Charged In El Paso Walmart Shooting Appears In Federal Court

The Collin County man, charged in the El Paso Walmart massacre that left 22 people dead, made his first federal court appearance Wednesday. Patrick Crusius, of Allen, faces 90 Federal Hate crime charges and 22 of them are punishable by death. He’s also facing the death penalty on a state Capital Murder charge. Prosecutors say Crusius admitted to targeting Mexicans in a manifesto.
