Man Executed For Murder 30 Years Ago

Arthur Brown, Jr., was executed Thursday evening for the drug-related killings of four people in Houston more than 30 years ago. A court condemned him for the execution-style shootings of 32-year-old Jose Tovar, his wife’s 17-year-old son, Frank Farias, 19-year-old Jessica Quiñones, who was pregnant, and 21-year-old neighbor Audrey Brown. His final words were, “Texas Has Executed Another Innocent Person.”
