The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation identified the man shot and killed by a Pushmataha County Deputy early Sunday morning as 48-year-old Hank Miller of Antlers. He was stopped after a police pursuit but pulled away as a passenger got out of the vehicle. He then struck a deputy as he attempted to flee. Another deputy then shot Miller, who died at the scene.
