Man Gets Probation In Death Of Brother

An East Texas man charged in the death of his brother has been sentenced to  10 years deferred adjudication probation. Authorities say 31 year old Dewayne Bowman of Marshall was holding a a gun when it accidentally discharged and hit 22 year old Michael Phelps, Junior in the head.
