A California man has pleaded guilty to beating a Pine Tree school bus driver last May. 36 year old Michael Jesse Najera beat 47 year old driver Todd Kelley with an industrial wrench. The attack happened as Kelly was dropping off students at a mobile home park entrance. Najera faces a minimum of 2 and maximum 20 years in prison plus a $10,000 fine.
