Man Guilty Of Posing As UPS Driver, Stealing $63,000 In Jewelry

An East Texas man accused of posing as a UPS driver and stealing $63,000 worth of jewelry from a business in Tyler has reached a plea bargain with prosecutors. Reportedly, 49-year-old James Albert Oliver III, of Longview, pleaded guilty in Smith County and was sentenced to ten years in prison.
