An East Texas man has been indicted for allegedly threatening a Greenville police officer with a BB gun. 36 year old James Wesley Prindel was shot during the June incident but survived and is now being held under $75,000 bond in the Hunt County jail. He’s been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was denied bond on a charge of violating the parole he was on.
